The Dutch Forwarding Conditions and/or the Dutch Warehousing Conditions latest version, excluding the Arbitration Clause, filed by the FENEX with the Court Registry of the District Court in Rotterdam are applicable on all our activities. These conditions will be supplied upon request. The applicability of one of the above mentioned conditions will depend on the actual activity as forwarder and/or warehouse.
